I go to Thompson Rivers University and they have one of the lowest tuitions in B.C.
For the next 2 semesters I’ll be paying a total of $3746. This includes tuition for 2 semesters and all miscellaneous student fees. These are fees for a full time course load as well.
I’m curious to how it compares across Canada, as I regularly see people paying $5000+ per year and in some provinces more than $8000 per year. o.o
I live in the U.S and I’m literally paying 20,000 for college each year. I guess I’m moving to Canada 🇨🇦
Make sure to get Canadian citizenship first before you switch to one of our universities! International students still pay like $25k+
It depends on the university.
My university only charges about $15,000 a year for international tuition.
Dude i am a full time student at a university of toronto campus and a citizen and my tuition was about $8,500… where are you paying so little what province? is this BC?
My university is Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, B.C.
On average the tuition at B.C. universities is ~$5000 per year, but TRU has some of the lowest tuition in the province.
Most terms I’m paying $3,500 to $4000 per year. And that’s tuition + all student fees.
